Finally!

Yeah! I finally got my blogroll to appear on my page thanks to Andrea. Life can now go on. Hopefully this will be the hardest task and I can just breeze through the next ones. I find this very addicting. Where do I stop? I could probably add a lot more blogs to keep track of. Once I start using this page more, I can weed out the pages that I don't visit very often.

Thing #8

I am so frustrated with this lesson. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I was able to set up a bloglines account but I would like it to appear in my blog as a blogroll without much success. There is a link at the bottom of my blog to access my bloglines account if you would like to check it out. I guess I just need to play around some more to see if I can get this on my blog. I know that it is possible because I see it on other blogs. In case you're interested, here is the link to my bloglines account:

If this is the hardest lesson in my 23 things to learn then it should be smooth sailing after this!

Week 3

I just got done playing with the different toys recommended on this week's lesson. I made a photo cube for Emily to pay with and I was also able to make a trading card with my favorite driver. It was a lot of fun. It's amazing all the "games" you can do that I have never heard of before this lesson.

7 and 1/2 Lifelong Learning Habits

After watching the video about 7 1/2 lifelong learning habits, I am having a hard time deciding on which habit is the easiest habit for me and which habit is the hardest. I guess my easiest habit is #7 1/2 - Play. Once I learn something new, I love to fool around with it and see how many different tasks can be accomplished with it. Plus the more you play the easier a problem is to solve. And I guess habit #1 is the hardest because once you start to explore a problem it usually expands. The more you investigate the farther away the solution becomes because you want to learn everything you possibly can about the solution. (Does that make sense?)

My First Entry

This is my first entry. I am looking forward to completing the 23 Things. Hopefully, I will be able to finish this up before Emily's sister / brother arrives! Nothing will get done after that:)
